About The Position

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager for our banking client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 0-4 years of relevant project management experience
• Ability to work onsite in Uptown Charlotte at least three days a week
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure successful project execution.
• Join cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive project progress and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor project management methodologies to optimize processes and enhance team performance.
• Attend regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as needed based on project dynamics.
• Identify project risks and assist with mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
