About The Position

Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce growth. We make selling internationally as simple as selling domestically for hundreds of retailers and brands worldwide. We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join Global-e and support the delivery of client integrations for small-sized merchants. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals early in their project management careers who are eager to build foundational skills in client communication, project coordination, and technical integration processes within a structured and supportive environment. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation of client projects following contract closure, managing a small portfolio of merchants (annual GMV under $300K). The role works closely with more senior Project Managers and cross-functional internal teams, following predefined processes and escalation paths to ensure successful, on-time delivery. The Associate Project Manager serves as a guided point of contact between Global-e and the client, handling routine coordination, progress tracking, and communication while escalating risks, issues, and decisions as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or a related B2B role.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with and reason about technical concepts; experience working with web technologies, eCommerce platforms, and system integrations is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and following defined guidelines.
  • Willingness to ask questions, learn from feedback, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Flexibility to support project needs during critical delivery phases, as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support client integration projects from engagement through launch, following established project plans, processes, and templates.
  • Manage a small number of simple integrations with limited internal touchpoints and well-defined technical requirements.
  • Act as a customer-facing point of contact in a guided and structured manner, with support from senior team members.
  • Coordinate and track project tasks across internal teams (e.g., Development, Product, Infrastructure, Integrations) using predefined workflows.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, escalating risks or delays through established escalation paths.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support issue identification and resolution, gaining hands-on experience in client issue handling and expectation management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure alignment with Global-e delivery standards.
