About The Position

Seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and result-driven Associate Project Manager to support the execution of Disposable IVL Catheter Operation projects. In this role, the candidate will work closely with the Sr. Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects that improve production processes, supply chain efficiency, and overall organizational performances.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and operation in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO 13485) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, TEAMS).
  • Demonstrated results-driven approach and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Understanding of and experience in catheter manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project plans and track progress to meet deadlines.
  • Facility regular meetings to review project status, address risks, and resolve challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Operation, Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing to gather updates and ensure alignment.
  • Drive projects with high urgency in a fast-paced organization. Individuals should be result-driven and have proven experience of driving complex projects from start to completion.
  • Able to have a holistic view and understanding of how project fits the organization’s objectives. Able to identify critical chain tasks and escalate.
  • Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
  • Able to communicate and lead functional department individuals to deliver tasks.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate successes and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Help manage project calendars, resource tracking, and coordination of external vendors or consultants.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
