About The Position

The Associate Project Manager, Creative Services supports the execution and optimization of creative projects, production workflows, and asset management by coordinating timelines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. This role also supports digital asset management, content production, and studio inventory coordination, ensuring assets are organized, accessible, and accurately tracked across channels. By improving workflows, reducing bottlenecks, and supporting AI-enabled tools, this role drives operational efficiency and helps scale creative output to support business growth. The role is a 5 day in office position based out of our corporate headquarters in Philadelphia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, project management, operations, or related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in creative project management, production, or operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, and detail-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Bridge
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Workfront, or similar) is a plus
  • Exposure to AI tools and workflow optimization is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end coordination of creative projects, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment
  • Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks and help implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Maintain project documentation, workflows, and communication across tools and meetings
  • Support the integration and adoption of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and organization
  • Assist in planning and execution of photo shoots and ongoing content production
  • Manage and maintain the Digital Asset Management system while supporting weekly production workflows and content updates, including in-store screens
  • Support delivery of seasonal and product photography assets for .com, retail, and partners
  • Oversee organization and tracking of studio product inventory and sample flow
  • Coordinate product movement across shoots, marketing needs, and cross-functional requests
  • Partner with Inventory Control and New Product Development on counts, transfers, and reconciliation
