We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Associate Program Manager! The Associate Program Manager will be supporting Energy Efficient products programs in Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. In this role, you will manage all resources necessary to fulfill requests from the Atlantic City Electric and PECO utilities. You will be their primary contact, collaborating to enhance the program, procedures, manage cost, increase participation, forecast and report. You will work with vendors and partners to manage external platforms and systems ensuring compliant delivery. Internally, you will direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years project/program management experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with energy efficiency program
  • Self-starter with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Strong customer service experience and focus
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • The ideal candidate must reside Southeastern PA or Southern NJ
  • Comfortable with Remote working environment with occasional in person meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Support efficient products components of NJ and Pennsylvania utility contracts as directed by the utility and in compliance with state and contract requirements.
  • Work with and have direct oversight from senior management
  • Execute scope of work for compliance and client satisfaction
  • Manage concurrent tasks and deadlines
  • Identify and coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to increase participation and deliver contract goals.
  • Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program tasks.
