About The Position

ASSOCIATE PROGRAM MANAGER, CAREER & ALUMNI ADVISING , MIT Center for Transportation, supports the Supply Chain Management Master's program ( Supply Chain Management Master's Program | Center for Transportation and Logistics ), career education and alumni advising initiatives, serving as a key point of contact for students, alumni, employers, and internal partners. Will coordinate and execute career programming and advising activities; manage event logistics including scheduling, communications, and materials; support alumni engagement initiatives; maintain and analyze data in relevant systems (e.g., CRM platforms); prepare reports and track outcomes; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across programs; update website and communication content; respond to inquiries and provide high-quality customer service; and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across Career & Alumni Advising. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in program administration, higher education, career services, alumni relations, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in higher education or career services
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Data analysis and reporting experience
  • Event planning experience
