About this opportunity – Associate Product Marketing Manager Description The Associate Product Manager will have Product Management responsibilities for specific products that Balt is currently commercializing and developing in the USA. This may include hemorrhagic, access or acute ischemic stroke products. Although this role is primarily focused on downstream execution and support activities, upstream roles may be assigned as proficiency in managing downstream activities is demonstrated. This role is a highly dynamic role with shifting responsibilities depending upon the life cycle of products being managed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Recommended 2 years product management experience
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical skills to analyze launch data and make formal recommendations to senior management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Team player with a commitment to developing strong collaborative relationships with colleagues, business partners and cross-functional teams
  • Physical Requirements: Extended periods of sitting or speaking.
  • Light lifting.
  • 25% - 35% travel to company sites and events
  • Heavy computer use.
  • Must adhere to the company’s safety practices by performing work safely and in accordance with established standards.
  • Work Environment: Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Downstream marketing responsibilities include the preparation and execution of tactical elements of product launches.
  • Collect and analyze VOC, collaborate with sales organization and be the marketing representative at cross functional R&D project team meetings.
  • Collaborate in the creation and management of training materials on disease state and products.
  • Participate and coordinate training sessions for the sales team and healthcare professionals on current technologies. Sessions may include: sales rep training, fellow courses, tech courses, etc
  • Manage demand forecasts for manufacturing.
  • Manage logistical elements of domestic trade shows.
  • Marketing administrative support activities, such as routing external facing material for approval through Balt’s internal system.
  • Attendance to key trade shows.
  • Monitor and document the neurovascular specialty for competitive movement.
  • Support clinical cases regionally.
  • Travel up to 25%-35%
