About The Position

Rain Bird is seeking a tech driven, marketing leader to elevate Rain Bird Learning, our global Learning Management System (LMS) for the landscape division, into the industry’s premier on demand learning brand for irrigation professionals. In this role, you’ll blend digital marketing strategy with platform ownership to increase awareness, drive engagement, and grow global adoption. You’ll use customer insights, usage analytics, and market trends to shape product enhancements, strengthen curriculum relevance, and create compelling learning journeys that support contractor loyalty and brand preference. As the primary champion for Rain Bird Learning, you’ll define the platform’s value proposition, influence content strategy, partner across sales and marketing teams, and ensure the LMS accelerates training, certification, and sales enablement objectives across the globe. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, in marketing, technology or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience with marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation platforms and content management systems, digital content development and operations, and program or project management; experience with online learning systems or LMS platforms is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, team player, enthusiastic and creative.
  • Ability to adapt marketing and tactics to ensure relevance and consistency across global markets.
  • Aptitude for quantitative analysis, strategic and tactical thinking, and detailed planning.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills to motivate others and generate results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of LMS feature updates and program improvements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Apply AI-supported tools and marketing technology platforms to streamline content development, automate workflows, and enhance analytics, engagement, and customer experience.
  • Design and maintain engaging learning paths and course content in collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring quality and relevance.
  • Develop market-aligned content, onboarding resources, and campaigns that increase awareness, usage, and user engagement globally.
  • Track metrics, evaluate trends, and present insights to drive continuous improvement.
