Our teams support and enable Bank priorities, boost operations efficiency and effectiveness, and facilitate Operational knowledge discovery. Our delivery model leverages global expertise, design and architecture, leading technology, and robust processes to deliver business solutions that ensure value for money. Unit Context: The Operations Effectiveness unit (ITSEF) leads efforts to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making in Bank’s Operations. To strengthen sector specific operational support, the Knowledge for Operations team within the ITSEF unit is developing sector agents, AI enabled, domain specific digital capabilities that help operational teams quickly retrieve insights, lessons, create templates, and get contextual guidance. The Associate Product Manager will define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for AI-enabled Sector Agents, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the K360 platform, reflect sector knowledge, and deliver measurable value to operational teams and leadership. The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Sector Agents across all Verticals ensuring they: • Address real operational needs across Global Practices and Regions • Integrate seamlessly with the K360 platform and its knowledge ecosystem • Provide measurable value to task teams and operational leadership • Support the broader Knowledge for Operations strategy and ITS modernization agenda

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with 8 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in a SAFe environment, actively participating in PI Planning, ART ceremonies, and backlog refinement to align AI product delivery with enterprise priorities.
  • Proven ability to define and execute an AI-driven product vision and roadmap, translating organizational knowledge and data strategies into scalable, user-centered AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI product fundamentals, including RAG architectures, LLM capabilities and limitations, data pipelines, and the lifecycle of AI features from experimentation to production.
  • Experience working with multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and coordinating dependencies across teams delivering data, AI, platform, and user-facing capabilities.
  • Strong passion for innovation and continuous learning, staying current with emerging AI technologies, delivery patterns, and industry trends that can accelerate rapid solution development and replication.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the knowledge and AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the organization’s Knowledge Bank strategy and business priorities.
  • Act as the primary steward of Sector knowledge quality and trust, defining how data is sourced, vetted, structured, and made AI-ready (for example for RAG, expert systems, and agentic workflows).
  • Translate complex knowledge and AI use cases into clear product features and prioritized backlogs, working with Product Manager s, architects, and delivery teams within the SAFe construct.
  • Oversee the Work with development team to define requirements for model selection (frontier, open source), retrieval sources (institutional/ reputed external), prompt orchestration, and multi agent flows.
  • Monitor agent performance using analytics: hallucination rates, response quality, safety triggers, domain relevance, retrieval precision, user satisfaction.
  • Define and validate high-value AI use cases that improve how users discover, synthesize, and apply institutional knowledge in their daily work.
  • Partner with data, AI, and platform teams to ensure responsible AI practices, including transparency, explainability, and governance of AI-generated outputs.
  • Lead continuous user discovery and testing to ensure AI-powered features genuinely reduce time spent searching for knowledge and increase decision quality.
  • Lead product marketing for AI/Agentic AI solutions by defining clear value propositions, benefit narratives, user stories, and sector-specific impact messaging; and develop communication assets that explain agent capabilities, limitations, and responsible use principles in ways that resonate with operational audiences.
  • Drive adoption and change management for AI features across K360, sector communities, and Global Practice networks by executing targeted adoption campaigns; overseeing readiness assessments, training materials, and user enablement plans; and ensuring users build trust, understanding, and confidence in AI-enabled workflows.
