Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Pricing Strategy & Support o Partner with Global Product Manager and Finance to execute pricing strategies, including list price setting, customer discount policies, and annual reviews of price lists and contracts. o Monitor competitor pricing, market dynamics, and raw material cost trends; recommend updates to ensure pricing aligns with company goals. o Support the development and maintenance of pricing tools that Sales can use to quote effectively. o Analyze margin performance and assist with scenario modeling for proposed pricing changes. o Help communicate and implement pricing updates across Sales, Finance, and Operations. · Product Management Development o Collaborate with Global Product Manager to learn how product line strategies are developed; participate in analyzing risks, opportunities, and market dynamics. o Contribute to business case preparation by gathering market and financial data. o Support New Product Development (NPD) projects through requirements documentation, cross-functional coordination, and milestone tracking. o Assist in go-to-market planning by preparing product messaging, sales tools, and launch collateral with Marketing and Sales. o Monitor post-launch performance and provide input into corrective actions or improvements. o Work with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to provide product support and resolve escalations. o Lead small-scale product or process improvement initiatives to gain project ownership experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Demonstrated success in a current functional role at the company.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable working with data and financial models.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to learn product management and pricing processes.
  • Interest in pursuing leadership or strategic roles within the organization.
  • This position requires U.S. Person status as defined by applicable law for authorized access to data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). A U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, lawful permanent residents, and workers granted refugee or asylum status in the United States.
