Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
  • 1-2 years of mortgage experience including understanding of industry-specific products, pricing, underwriting and loan origination platforms.
  • Previous product management or product support experience.
  • Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products and underwriting guidelines.
  • Knowledge of mortgage insurance (MI) guidelines.
  • Knowledge of GSE, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-Conforming loan products and guidelines.
  • Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management.
  • Strong analytical skills: effective decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately exercise independent judgement.
  • All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Okta Verify and Microsoft Authenticator. Employment will be contingent on this requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake, Assessment and Communication of Investor Bulletins including Agency, Bond and Investors.
  • Manage the Change Request and Credit Policy Intake tools to ensure requests are received and assigned to appropriate Product Maintenance team within a timely manner.
  • Manage the Product Guidelines inquiries mailbox and complete assigned tasks associated with AllRegs access, Loan Slotting, Guideline inquiries and General Credit Policy inquiries.
  • Create and post weekly/monthly reports related to Down Payment Assistance Programs and monitor used access for Mortgage Insurance and AllRegs.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, processes, and practices.
  • Perform other functions including managing project work, as required by leadership.
