We’re actively seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the PBI-Gordon Corporation team in Shawnee, KS. This role will be responsible for management of assigned product portfolio(s) across all industry channels from conception to discontinuation. Working closely with other departments, you will help drive product innovation and life cycle management. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in turf/plant science, agronomy, agriculture or marketing
3-5 years of related experience in one of the following industries: turf & ornamental, agriculture, agronomy or technical marketing
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%
Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear business insights; proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent communication and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams across the full product lifecycle, from business case and development through launch and discontinuation
Analyze markets, customers, and competitors to drive product strategy, positioning, and growth
Own pricing, forecasting, and gross profit performance for assigned product lines
Manage day-to-day portfolio operations, including S&OP, regulatory, packaging, and supply coordination
Partner across teams to support product training, marketing initiatives, and clear product communication
