This role is fully onsite during a training period of 6-8 months before transitioning to a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid schedule is onsite three days, and remote 2 days per week located at our Atlanta Corporate Office. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or digital platform management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to connect business and technical ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and follow through to completion.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading through influence and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

• Basic familiarity with digital analytics tools (GA4, GTM, dashboards) preferred.
• Experience with SAP Commerce, B2B digital systems, or integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap and manage day-to-day updates to the Customer Web Portal and related digital platforms.
• Help translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather requirements, review designs, and test new features.
• Perform basic system configuration and testing to confirm that changes meet expectations.
• Assist in connecting systems such as SAP, QlikSense, and EDI to create a smoother customer experience.
• Help oversee vendors, sprint planning, QA, and release tracking to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Use tools like GA4, GTM, and dashboards to monitor product adoption, performance, and key metrics.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to guide improvements and report results.
• Keep all teams aligned through clear communication, schedules, and progress updates.
• Support training, onboarding, and communication for new features and product releases.
