The Job: As an Associate Product Manager , you’ll be part of our Product Management team working as a hybrid employee (3 days per week in office).

Requirements

  • A BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 0-3 years of product management experience, with the ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude, always striving to go above and beyond.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the complete product lifecycle process, from concept to delivery, alongside the Product Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, finance) to drive and develop new products that meet company objectives.
  • Work with brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch and sales promotion programs.
  • Develop and implement marketing collateral, advertising materials, and web content for your managed product portfolio.
  • Conduct end-user and competitive market research to determine pricing, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Support the execution of comprehensive short- and long-term strategic plans for a profitable retail and industrial product portfolio.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and develop a deep understanding of end users to inform new product launches.
  • Validate product CTQs, testing, and claims with end users.
  • Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support special projects as assigned.
