This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and creative work environment. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to develop their craft skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of craft techniques and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • 0 – 1 years of experience in a similar role, or a strong willingness to learn and be trained on the job, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
  • Must be able to operate a box truck to complete deliveries; a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production process
  • Work closely with experienced craftsmen to contribute to the creation of high-quality products/services.
  • Learn and master craft techniques
  • Receive on-the-job training to develop expertise in the specific crafts relevant to our industry.
  • Safe and Efficient Vehicle Operation
  • Operate company-owned box trucks, prioritizing safety and adherence to regulations.
  • Follow safety protocols
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and Department of Transportation requirements.
  • Maintain equipment and tools
  • Responsible for the care and proper use of tools and equipment used in the crafting process.
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Quality control
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure that all products/services meet company standards.
