AECOM is seeking an Associate Principal in Infrastructure & Asset Management to expand its Asset Management practice across the West Coast and adjacent markets. This role, part of AECOM’s West Region Asset Management practice and led by the Denver-based team, involves leading complex, multi-site programs focused on facility condition assessments (FCA), capital investment (CapEx) planning, and maintenance and lifecycle planning. The Associate Principal will serve as a trusted advisor to clients on long-term asset strategies and support the growth of client relationships and new opportunities. The position is full-time and remote, requiring candidates to be based on the West Coast (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, or Portland). AECOM’s West Region Asset Management practice delivers integrated solutions for FCA, capital investment planning, and maintenance and lifecycle strategies, enabling organizations to make informed decisions about asset management and align investments with strategic objectives.
