About Our Client Our client is a global Digital Product Engineering and Technology Services company that is undergoing significant expansion in key markets. The company focuses on building complex digital solutions and experiences for its customers. Our client has demonstrated robust, reliable growth, crossing the $1 billion revenue mark, and is targeting ambitious long-term expansion. The work culture is highly collaborative and results-oriented, with an emphasis on agility and direct involvement from leadership. The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Alliance Growth Partner to drive the growth of our client's offerings in AI/ML, Big Data, Cloud transformations, and services, primarily leveraging Azure cloud solutions in the US. This is a new headcount and a key role for our client's U.S. market expansion, focusing on building and developing alliance partnerships with cloud providers, primarily Azure, while supporting overall sales growth and account management initiatives. The role offers an entrepreneurial, startup-like atmosphere within a globally established company, and requires an individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively with Azure account teams to co-sell and convert deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in IT services sales around Azure.
  • Minimum 5 years in cloud alliances, partner management, or partner-sales channels is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Azure account teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services and the broader cloud ecosystem is very important.
  • Understanding of IT service delivery models, including cloud migration, modernization, DevOps, AI/ML, Big Data, and managed services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Candidates should have an entrepreneurial, "go-getter" mentality and a "hunter mentality" to expand accounts and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Build a pipeline across key industry segments like Manufacturing, BFSI, Automotive, and Retail, focusing on AI/ML, Big Data, and modernization.
  • Work closely with Azure partner/account teams to generate leads, identify joint opportunities, leverage programs and resources, and co-develop customer solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships with decision-makers and understanding their business challenges.
  • Work with existing key accounts for expansion.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to develop and present proposals, demos, and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Stay updated on Azure services, overall cloud offerings, and monitor the competitive landscape to effectively position the client's services.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and customer records in CRM systems.
