About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Alliance Growth Partner to drive the growth for our offerings in AI / ML, Big Data, Cloud, transformations , and services while leveraging AWS cloud solutions to meet the diverse needs of customers in the USA. This role requires a motivated individual with a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and industry trends, who can work independently and collaborate effectively with AWS account teams. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong customer relationships across key industry segments such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Automotive, Retail , and others.

Requirements

  • Must have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with AWS account teams.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in IT services sales around AWS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of IT service delivery models, including cloud migration, modernization, DevOps, AI / ML, Big Data, and managed services.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution Build a pipeline across industries in AI / ML, Big Data, modernization, etc.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Work with existing key accounts for expansion.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Selling Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop and present proposals, demos, and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Co-sell with AWS Work closely with AWS partner/account teams to generate leads, joint opportunities, leverage programs and resources, and co-develop customer solutions.
  • Understand AWS programs, leverage funding, and convert deals together.
  • Market and Technology Awareness Stay updated on AWS services and overall offerings and trends in cloud computing.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust strategies to position Nagarro services effectively.
  • Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and customer records in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
