Position Overview The Associate Payments Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the integration of various systems, applications, and data sources to ensure seamless and efficient operations. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze integration requirements, design solutions, and implement integration processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Must have experience using NotePad++ and troubleshooting different file types.
  • Experience writing SQL queries, inserts & updates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex integration requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, data mapping, and data transformation.
  • UAT, QA and unit testing experience preferred to validate data & development and test new code
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Programming languages experience such as C#, Python, etc. helpful.
  • Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.) to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents helpful.
  • Bachelor’s degree helpful

Responsibilities

  • Analyze integration requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Design integration workflows and data mappings between systems.
  • Develop integration specifications and maintain technical documentation.
  • Implement integration solutions using middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Create and execute test plans to validate data accuracy and system behavior.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor data quality and system performance across integrated platforms.
  • Maintain version control and change logs for integration scripts and configurations.
  • Stay current with integration technologies and contribute to process improvements.
