About The Position

Parkway Hills United Methodist Church in Madison, MS, is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Youth & Outreach Ministries. This vibrant, intergenerational congregation deeply values relationships, authenticity, and spiritual growth across all ages. This leader will guide a healthy and engaged group of 7th-12th grade students, many of whom are already active in worship leadership, service, and small groups. This role includes occasional connections with college-aged members and oversight of the church's community outreach efforts, such as local school partnerships and mission work. The ideal candidate will be relational, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent - someone who brings a servant's heart, communicates clearly, and is self-aware and adaptable.
