About The Position

Learfield is actively seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to work on campus at Northern Arizona University. This role is considered a critical piece of the property's ability to deliver on its commitments. The Coordinator will provide essential support to the team, assisting with various operational, promotional, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Excel, Power Point and Outlook; savvy with social media
• Ability to work flexible hours, including all home football and men’s basketball games

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing related role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with game day and event operations and management, including set up of select in-venue signage, hospitality events/suites, and game day displays
• Fulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for corporate sponsors (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)
• Preparation of proposals/presentations using PowerPoint
• Use of proprietary company system to assist with creating reports, providing analysis, market research, Filing and data entry
• Communication with various departments of Athletics and promotions personnel as well as Sports Properties sales staff
• Some direct communication with clients/partners
• Office and administrative support
• Assist with game day program sales
• Handle other miscellaneous duties and projects as needed
