About The Position

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner candidate to join the leadership team of our North American Retail Practice. About the Role: Professional Summary: Accomplished consulting leader with 18-20 years of experience in SAP enabled Retail and Supply Chain transformations, with a strong track record in selling and delivering S/4HANA programs across merchandising, store operations, and logistics. Proven success leading SAP S/4HANA deployments integrated with SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan, SAP EWM) for leading retail and consumer goods clients. Experienced in bringing a powerful combination of strategic advisory, practice leadership, sales growth, and delivery excellence. Drive AI-enabled use cases such as price optimization, replenishment automation, and intelligent store operations using SAP Business AI, BTP, and Agentic AI frameworks. Core Competencies: SAP Leadership: Led 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA programs, driving end-to-end global template design, regional rollouts, and hypercare. ERP Roadmap: Led 2 to 3 ERP Roadmap/ Phase 0 assessment projects with business case SAP CAR Expertise: Deep experience in SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) including integration with POS systems, Sales Audit, Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA), and Unified Demand Forecast (UDF) capabilities. Retail & Merchandising Transformation: Expertise in merchandise planning, assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory optimization for large retail clients. Supply Chain & WMS Integration: Delivered integrated supply chain and logistics transformations leveraging SAP IBP, EWM, Kinaxis, and Manhattan WMS. Sales & Business Growth: Demonstrated success in building CXO relationships, shaping and closing multi-million-dollar SAP transformation deals, and managing account P&L. Practice & People Leadership: Developed consulting offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market strategies for retail and CPG clients. Mentored high-performing consulting teams globally. Alliances & Ecosystem Collaboration: Experienced working with SAP, SNP, Kinaxis, and Manhattan Associates to deliver end-to-end transformation value. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • 15 + years of experience in business process consulting or Big 4 Management Consulting firm.
  • Executive presence and clear communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Provides senior leadership for major transformation programs.
  • Ensures excellence in project management and execution from project managers.
  • Serves as trusted advisor to client leadership.
  • Serves as mentor to junior staff and participates in firm-wide activities that drive knowledge sharing and contribute to firm culture.
  • Support account management/sales in business development and sales meetings.
  • Work with pursuit teams to develop proposals and present at orals for transformation engagements.
  • Develop and mentor energy consultants.
  • Provide thought leadership to enhance tools, templates, and IP for Infosys Consulting.
  • Support the building of the ERP practice in US & Canada.
