About The Position

As the Associate Outreach Operations Manager, you are expected to partner with the Business Outreach Leadership team to provide the support needed to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Business Outreach organization. This role is responsible for organizing and tracking outreach leads and sales, while completing any necessary communication and accounting follow-up. In addition, you are expected to assist in managing projects within Business Operations as assigned. Key to success is the ability to work collaboratively with the store organization and corporate business partners in a fast-paced environment remaining flexible, resourceful, and efficient. This position is based in Houston and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Business Outreach.

Requirements

  • Retail Management Experience of 5+ year equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex to various audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically to develop business plans and execution of initiatives.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professional acumen.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail and follow up skills. Experienced at prioritizing and working under time constraints, engaging in multiple projects at one time, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments.
  • Strong expertise of Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with ability to adapt to new technology quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Point of Sale System, Oracle, Custom Software, PeopleSoft, Tableau, Salesforce and database management, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for Accounts Payable for Billing Follow-Up
  • Point of contact for all business outreach projects, communication, tracking of assigned tasks, status reports and meetings for product discussions and updates.
  • Establish calendar of events around outreach events including conventions, business events locally and nationally.
  • Develop and support KPI reporting while providing analytical support to the Business Operations Team as needed
  • Compose and edit a variety of correspondence, reports, and other materials with accuracy and completeness, including gathering information and compiling reports to support Business Outreach
  • Create and maintain a calendar to track outreach level events, projects and initiatives, and timelines
  • Partner with CSO Teams and Store Communications teams to coordinate on driving consistent communication regarding outreach initiatives across all stores
  • Partner with all cross functional teams to ensure that outreach projects remain on task and on time
  • Act as the point of contact for project communication including the tracking of assigned tasks, status reports, and conducting meetings for project discussion and updates
  • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously to follow through in a timely manner without requiring direction or supervision
  • Additional duties as assigned
