The Associate, Office Experience’s primary responsibility is to oversee day-to-day office operations and procedures while fostering a positive and engaging workplace. This role ensures employees feel welcomed, heard, cared for, and consistently informed about office and company updates. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, a warm and supportive presence, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This role also includes light first-line IT support, requiring basic technology knowledge and confidence in troubleshooting common issues or partnering with IT to ensure seamless workplace technology operations.
