The Associate New Business Concierge plays a critical role in supporting our Retail Life Third Party Distribution (also known publicly as Advanced Markets Network or AMN). This unit offers New York Life's life insurance products-such as whole life, universal life, term, and linked-benefit policies-primarily through independent brokerage general agencies (BGAs) and high-net-worth-focused producers. This role is responsible for delivering best-in-class service and operational coordination throughout the full life cycle of new business, from case submission through policy delivery and commission payment. Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-moving processes while maintaining proactive communication across internal teams and external partners. You'll act as a key liaison across our operational areas, internal stakeholders, and distribution partners-managing expectations, resolving issues, and helping drive the placement of new business. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a service-driven, deadline-sensitive environment and brings experience working across functions to ensure client satisfaction.
