RESPONSIBLE FOR: Responsible for assisting with supporting the stable operation of the Piedmont Healthcare computer network in the facility to which they are assigned. The person will, with assistance, install, maintain, and document all network hardware, software, and communication links while ensuring minimal network downtime. The primary focus for the Network Analyst will be Local Area Networks (LAN) in the facility they are assigned. The person will also assist in the diagnosis, resolution and documentation of hardware and software network problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and support where required. Trouble ticket resolution and documentation in a timely manner. #LI-POST #GD

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One (1) year of IT experience including hands-on knowledge of the installation, implementation, and maintenance of network equipment is required.
  • None.

Nice To Haves

  • Cisco Certified Network Analyst is preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
