In this role, you are responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with current and potential funders to increase foundation giving, achieve mutual goals, and build long-term relationships. You will be responsible for advancing the American Heart Association's mission by establishing and cultivating relationships with current and potential foundations to increase foundation giving, achieve mutual goals, and build long-term relationships. You will research and develop a portfolio of foundations with the potential to fund Association projects nationwide, including identifying, planning, preparing, and presenting grant proposals and accompanying materials (such as budgets and timelines), as well as completing appropriate follow-through and stewardship for multiple grants/gifts. This position focuses on grants for a variety of purposes, primarily in amounts up to $100K.
