Reporting to the Director, Broker and Field Sales Execution, this individual is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring and reporting field sales and broker activity for their assigned Sales team. Collaborating with their sales and Go to Market counterparts, this individual will compile internal and third-party data, to track performance, identify opportunities and create structured execution plans including setting, measuring and reporting KPIs for each.
