Work Location: This position offers a remote work arrangement, with a preference for candidates based in or near St. Louis, Missouri. In support of team collaboration and business needs, the manager will participate in on‑site meetings in the St. Louis office a few times per month on designated team collaboration days. Position Purpose: Manage a team of financial systems analysts that have a primary focus of product vision, product development and product sustainability and support. Use expert knowledge of systems and business process to grow team members. Provide leadership to functional and technical production support team members for complex and escalated issues. Oversee multiple project efforts implementing new system functionality and system upgrades. This role is built for a people leader with demonstrated, hands‑on experience in PeopleSoft Financials who thrives in a PeopleSoft Financials environment, leading production support and enhancements for a mission‑critical ERP platform. The position offers ownership of system stability and continuous improvement, with a clear focus on applying existing PeopleSoft expertise in a complex, enterprise financial environment. In this Manager, Enterprise Resource Planning role, you will: Lead and actively participate in troubleshooting activities, resolving production issues, correcting end-user errors, and refining process designs as needed. Guide and work alongside team members through the full implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, functional design, test planning and execution, training, go-live, and production support. Collaborate with business units and systems support teams to handle day-to-day production support tasks, including backups, disaster recovery, system performance monitoring, and project execution. Facilitate meetings with users to gather requirements, develop new functionality, and maintain or enhance existing programs. Work hands-on with the IT development team on technical design, build, testing, conversions, code migration, application upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance. Develop SQL queries and reporting solutions directly, including creating or modifying reports to meet business and operational needs. Conduct quality reviews and lead user acceptance testing for new implementations, customizations, configurations, fixes, and enhancements. Deliver end-user training and develop training materials when needs are identified, using multiple delivery methods, and actively support users during adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials, including support of modules such as GL, nVIsion, AP, AR, Asset Management, Billing, and Treasury.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft architecture, including Application Server, Process Scheduler, Web Server, and integrations.
  • Comfortable analyzing PeopleSoft financial data, writing SQL queries, and using tools like Excel or nVision to troubleshoot issues, validate data, and support reporting and reconciliations.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft with production support, functional implementations, and upgrades.
  • Located in the Saint Louis, MO area or open to commuting for collaboration days and as needed meetings in office.
