The purpose of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst 2 is to work with end users, product owners, developers and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements and business processes. Prepares and/or maintains detailed documentation pertaining to configurations, systems operations, and requirements. Achieves and maintains subject matter expertise relevant to the assigned functional areas within Workday Student, specifically Student Records. Works with product teams and product managers to implement changes and enhancements to applications. An ERP Analyst 2 will be required to perform additional duties with more autonomy and less required supervision and consultation with superiors. Examples include being assigned as lead analyst on various projects, enhancement initiatives, and software implementations and representing the department with software vendors. An ERP Analyst 2 will also be expected to provide more consulting services to business users, leveraging advanced critical thinking skills.
