JOB SUMMARY The Digital Performance & Insights Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on organic and paid media performance across social, digital advertising, and broader media channels. This role will partner closely with marketing, media, and leadership teams to translate complex data into insights that inform media investment, optimization, and business decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, media analytics, or performance measurement
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with dashboards and data visualization tools preferred
  • Experience working with media metrics, financial data, and performance KPIs
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
  • BS/BA degree preferred (Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or related field)
  • Interpersonal Skills – ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with project team members and key business contacts.
  • Communication Skills – ability to effectively exchange ideas and information with cross-functional teams and clearly present performance, findings, recommendations, strategies, and results both orally and in writing to all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Skills – demonstrates knowledge and expertise with advertising and marketing measurement and an ability to evaluate new tools for fit and application to solve evolving business requirements.
  • Business Knowledge – awareness of business, particularly in the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Analytical Skills – ability to analyze and identify trends and performance drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance and deliver clear and accurate reporting across organic, paid social, and digital advertising channels.
  • Identify trends, drivers, and opportunities that influence media and business performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform optimization and planning.
  • Develop measurement framework with finance teams to evaluate ROI, efficiency, and incrementality.
  • Connect media metrics to financial and business outcomes to guide strategic decisions, including ROI, efficiency, and incrementality analysis
  • Development and refinement of media measurement frameworks, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Synthesize large data sets into concise, actionable insights for leadership
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
