With this role you will lead a team within the Service Support & Solutions organization that owns the Centralized Quality for GI Onboarding and Administration businesses. You will be a driver of Transactional Quality Delivery and Transformation, delivering a positive experience to our customers, fostering strong collaboration with business partners, and propelling continued innovation. This role requires a strong transformation mindset that seeks to continuously improve the way we think about Quality. In this role, you will perform process analysis to design or redesign multiple, integrated workflows and production issues to ensure that processes are customer focused, consistent, effective and efficient. You will also identify, implement and or integrate technologies needed to automate the new approaches and tools while taking on the responsibility for the implementation and training planning across multiple sites and documentation of processes. You will be expected to develop a cohesive set of solutions in complex, unstructured environments and manage mid-sized projects and activities of multiple project teams which may include staff from other organizations and processes. Maintaining strong personal expertise in the technology systems which support the programs is a must.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling stories.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency with the capability to build results reporting and visualizations.
  • Understanding of quality principles, standards, and operational excellence practices.
  • Proven ability to innovate, influence, and lead through change in a dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to empowered leadership, driving meaningful business outcomes through flawless execution and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior process and product knowledge of Group Insurance Onboarding and Admin functions
  • Prior experience leading in a Centralized Quality space

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high‑quality, timely, and accurate completion of all quality reviews across supported functions.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to deliver a consistent, scalable quality program that evolves with changing business needs.
  • Analyze and interpret quality results to surface meaningful insights, trends, and data‑driven recommendations.
  • Drive transformation across processes and team operations to unlock new efficiencies, expand quality support, and elevate team capability and professional growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members through clear expectations, continuous feedback, and empowerment.
  • Manage day‑to‑day oversight of quality vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to Statements of Work and providing ongoing performance feedback.
