About The Position

Prudential Advisors is seeking a strong and proven individual to manage initiatives involving key relationships as a Program Manager. The successful candidate would possess strong project management and communication skills, an ability to collaborate across vendors, financial advisors and business units to co-create and develop action plans consistent with strategic goals, acute attention to detail and skills in analysis, negotiations, and presenting solutions to senior audiences. The position reports to the Director, Program Management and Advisor Experience. The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid, three days a week in Newark, NJ.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in operations and client service.
  • Relevant expereince in financial services, relationship management
  • Proven project management success and strong knowledge of key principles.
  • Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation and presenting data effectively in PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization abilities.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and dedication to ongoing learning.
  • Culturally aware and adept at building relationships across diverse groups and business lines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead team projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee small to mid-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Recommend and implement solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Act as primary contact for partners and financial advisors, handling operations such as issue resolution, documentation and escalation.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with policies and systems.
  • Support purpose-driven partnerships, events and business meetings.
  • Define key objectives to evaluate partnership performance.
  • Coordinate communication and data reporting with external partners and the Prudential Advisors team.
  • Gather, analyze, and report KPIs through presentations and dashboards for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in preparing communication materials, including advisor notices and field alerts.
  • Represent the team at events and stakeholder meetings.
  • Obtaining key insights of advisor feedback via Net Promoter Survey (NPS)
  • Support additional projects as needed.
