About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and driven Associate Manager, Global Marketing to join the bareMinerals team. In this role, you will play an essential part in bringing our brand vision to life. Working closely with the Director of Global Marketing, you'll support the development and execution of new product launches, contribute to global go-to-market plans, and provide insights that help shape brand strategy. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with cross-functional teams on everything from product development and packaging to creative briefs and global presentations. You'll dig into consumer and competitive research, analyze business performance, and prepare tools and assets that empower markets around the world to launch successfully.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of marketing and communications experience
  • Passionate about the beauty industry; familiarity with skincare/makeup formulations, ingredients and industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing financial data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Highly collaborative and flexible - strong ability to work with other cross functional partners with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Software expertise - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for product development, packaging, and creative briefs.
  • Assist in preparing launch strategy decks and activation plans, ensuring markets have the tools needed for consistent execution.
  • Contribute to assortment and pricing analyses to support global recommendations.
  • Provide analytical support on core franchise performance, including competitive reviews and COGs analysis.
  • Gather trend and category insights to help identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive research and business analyses to inform product, pricing, and innovation opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and updates that feed into strategic planning led by senior team members.
  • Lead cross-functional deliverables in project management systems to keep launches on track.
  • Draft inputs for global memos, forecasting decks, and other key documents.
  • Support operational needs such as sampling programs, product reserves, and meeting preparation.
