About The Position

SC Johnson is looking for an experienced finance professional to join the International Consumer Brands (ICB) Finance team as an Associate Manager. This position will report to a Manager, FP&A – ICB. In this individual contributor role, you will provide financial leadership and business decision support to the International Consumer Brands (ICB) Business Unit. You will lead projects and deliver financial analysis for the CFO of ICB, partnering closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive value creation, support strategic initiatives, and advance finance process improvements. To succeed in this role, you will bring a broad business perspective and strong analytical capabilities to serve as a trusted business partner to enable business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related program and 5+ years of directly related finance experience, OR Advanced degree in in accounting, finance, or other business-related program and 3 + years of directly related finance experience.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

• Demonstrated analytical skillset and financial statement management.
• Experience in supply chain finance, sales finance, exposure to marketing/strategic business issues, significant analytical projects, and fundamental accounting.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to teams.
• Ability to influence, lead and collaborate to achieve objectives and produce results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization.
• MS Office, Power BI, SAP/S4 Hana, BPC.
• Highly analytical, strong sense of initiative and excellent team-worker.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ICB planning cycles (annual budget, forecasting, strategic planning, month-end close), ensuring alignment across categories and regions.
• Provide financial leadership for strategic initiatives, including developing financial models and analysis to support ICB’s CFO-led initiatives and drive business growth.
• Manage functional expense budgeting and staff page tracking, including headcount planning, variance analysis, and year-end accruals for ICB.
• Develop analytics to ensure ICB’s KPIs are on track to meet strategic objectives.
• Lead and assist in finance digitization initiatives, including Power BI reporting, S4 Hana Project, and other special projects.
• Champion simplification and standardization of finance processes.
