Role reports to: Sr Manager Amazon Data and Analytics Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Associate Manager, Amazon Analytics will support the Amazon sales team by identifying, shaping, and implementing our Amazon.com sales team’s analytical capabilities and solutions. This includes digital, retail, and customer data driven technology product solutions, automated category reporting and insights, and visual dashboards. The role will also craft our analytical capabilities roadmap to deliver solutions that drive joint value for Kenvue and our customers. The Amazon Advanced Analytics Associate Manager is responsible for interfacing with the field sales teams and customer to deliver shipment and consumption sales objectives of an assigned product group(s). This role will develop and execute customer-specific business plans that support and are aligned to customer and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data capabilities or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
  • Ability to influence using collaborative approaches to drive rapid change at large scale
  • Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist
  • Ability to instill followership through strong collaboration
  • This role will be located in Summit, NJ and require up to 10% travel

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years prior experience in a consumer products company and/or with direct customer sales or data systems
  • d-Commerce experience
  • Experience with syndicated d-Commerce data systems

Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with multiple internal customers (sales, category, IT, data science) and external partners (retail customer and third-party vendors such as Numerator and Circana) on a fast-paced team with multifaceted strengths
  • Shape strategies to uncover business needs and priorities and ultimately drive joint value solutions for Kenvue and our business partners
  • Shape and optimize development of tools and solutions that serve the business with customer and industry data sets (e.g., retail POS/scan/panel)
  • Partner with Amazon sales team analysts to drive analytical decision making and create organizational efficiency
  • Display agility and responsiveness to the ever-evolving digital marketplace
  • Support sales team in preparing insights during Amazon Selling Partner Services sessions, quarterly business reviews and business planning sessions
  • Deliver insights to the team that scope from Amazon 1P business drivers, price, promo and assortment levers
  • Utilize internal/customer business systems to manage and maximize plans (i.e., Nielsen, Stackline, Vendor Central – Amazon’s Portal)
  • Drive organizational performance by championing the d-commerce growth formula throughout decision making process and optimize relationship between traffic/conversion
  • Support sales team during promotional Amazon Big Deal Event analytics including marketplace incrementality assessments
  • Create impactful, insights-based presentations to translate sales objectives into customer strategy and business plans around distribution, merchandising, promotion and online placement
  • Serve as “voice of customer” to the company to address customer needs and accomplish goals and objectives, including launch of new items and optimal 4P execution
  • Influence across the organization to ensure full alignment to the customer/company business plan and drive long-term business objectives
  • Serve as a change agent in driving Amazon within Kenvue, at the customer, and internal Kenvue franchises driving and instituting strategies that enhance collaborative efforts and devising innovative strategies/solutions that result in increased sales, profit and/or business productivity
