About The Position

We are seeking an Associate Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to lead the execution and performance of cross-channel campaigns spanning email, push, and in-app messaging for Fanatics Live, Collect, and Topps in the US. This highly hands-on role involves campaign production end-to-end—from HTML development through QA, deployment, and post-send analysis. Ideal for a technically skilled, detail-obsessed marketer with a builder’s mindset, this position is crucial to scaling our lifecycle marketing efforts. You’ll be instrumental in bringing campaigns to life with precision and speed, while helping to elevate our communication strategies for collectors worldwide.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in lifecycle or CRM marketing, with hands-on campaign execution experience ideally with Braze.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for building and editing email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, dynamic content, tracking parameters, and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Familiarity with push and in-app messaging best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high executional standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Airtable/Notion, loyalty messaging, or a personal passion for sports or collectibles.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy cross-channel lifecycle campaigns using HTML/CSS and dynamic templates.
  • Manage message setup and targeting in platforms like Braze.
  • Perform rigorous QA across devices and channels to ensure flawless execution.
  • Coordinate push and in-app messaging across iOS, Android, and web, resolving rendering and delivery issues.
  • Own workflows across campaign planning, asset management, QA checklists, and compliance monitoring.
  • Support ongoing optimization efforts via A/B tests, timing experiments, and campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign strategy and delivery milestones.
  • Maintain operational systems, including tagging structures, segmentation logic, and campaign logs.
  • Monitor performance post-send and assist with performance recaps to inform future strategy.
  • Contribute to evolving lifecycle marketing SOPs as we scale globally.
