About The Position
Silver Birch Living is hiring an Associate to support acquisitions, development, and portfolio growth across our senior living platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in investments, strategy, CRE, or PE
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Clear communication & presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Nice To Haves
- Senior living or multifamily experience
- Familiarity with NIC MAP/Claritas/ESRI, NetSuite/Yardi, or AI tools
- Coding skills (Python, R, SQL, Java)
Responsibilities
- Analyze markets & build financial models
- Support acquisitions, development, and expansion
- Turn research into insights & action
- Track industry trends
- Assist with transaction closings
- Compare pro formas to actuals
