We are seeking an Associate Influencer Relationships Manager to lead outreach and engagement with content creators for the Diablo franchise. As a key member of the Influencer Management team, this role serves as a primary point of contact for creators across platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, podcasts, fansites, cosplay, and more, building authentic, mutually beneficial partnerships between Blizzard and the creator community. The ideal candidate is friendly, credible, and highly collaborative, with a strong understanding of the creator landscape (including mobile gaming). They can communicate confidently with influencers and internal stakeholders alike, advocate for creator needs, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment. This role focuses on developing and executing influencer strategies for Diablo mobile titles, with flexibility to support additional platforms. The manager will partner closely with global and regional communications, publishing, PR, community, marketing, and development teams to drive impactful creator programs from planning through execution and reporting. NOTE: This is a temporary position through October 31, 2026 (~6 months). This role offers a flexible hybrid work week from our Irvine, CA studio location, with a mix of remote and on-site days. While hybrid is the standard arrangement, you're also welcome to work on-site full-time if you prefer.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in influencer partnerships, community management, gaming partnerships, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and content creator ecosystem
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with creators and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to present plans, insights, or results clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders
  • Experience working with game developers and translating complex concepts into clear, creator- and player-friendly messaging
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborator able to balance the needs of multiple teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with content creators and influencers across platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Develop and execute influencer strategies and campaigns for Diablo, with an emphasis on mobile titles, spanning pre-launch, launch, and live-service phases.
  • Partner cross-functionally with global and regional teams (PR, Community, Publishing, Marketing, and Development) to scale initiatives across markets.
  • Track campaign performance, creator engagement, and sentiment; deliver actionable insights and reporting to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor trends, key discussion topics, and emerging opportunities in the creator ecosystem.
  • Facilitate creator–developer interactions, including feedback sharing, bug escalation, and issue triage.
  • Manage partner-driven currency and reward programs, including distribution, tracking, and creator communication.
  • Support brand positioning, content planning, and strategic discussions related to influencer and creator marketing.
  • Build and manage Blizzard participation in creator-focused events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Maintain deep awareness of platform, market, and creator trends, particularly within mobile gaming.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.
