About The Position

Zocdoc is looking for an Associate, Influencer Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team. Reporting to the Acquisition Marketing Manager, you’ll help manage and scale our influencer program in partnership with our Sr. Associate, Influencer Marketing and our external agency. This is an ideal role for someone who’s equal parts data-driven and strategic, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings excellent attention to detail to everything from creative review to performance reporting. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or performance marketing (Podcast/Youtube experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—you catch issues before they become problems and keep campaigns organized.
  • Solid project management skills: you can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal), including comfort collaborating with agencies and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Supporting influencer campaign execution across Podcast and YouTube—from planning through launch, optimization, and wrap reporting.
  • Partnering with our agency to identify, evaluate, and recommend creators and placements based on performance insights, audience fit, and budget.
  • Coordinating campaign logistics, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, tracking links/promo codes, and asset organization.
  • Reviewing influencer content for brand alignment, accuracy, and compliance with campaign requirements, and providing clear feedback when needed.
  • Monitoring and reporting performance using core acquisition metrics (e.g., CVR, ROAS, incremental lift where applicable), and helping translate results into actionable learnings.
  • Maintaining clean, accurate documentation (campaign trackers, creator databases, test results, learnings, and post-campaign recaps).
  • Contributing to strategy and testing by helping develop hypotheses (creative, offer, audience, format, partner mix) and supporting test design and analysis.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Legal/Compliance, and Analytics partners to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and thoughtfully.
