About The Position

The Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing will lead the strategy, creative direction, and execution of influencer marketing across Tito’s Handmade Vodka and LALO Tequila. This role will drive brand engagement, cultural relevance, and measurable business impact through creator sponsorships across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social channels. You will own the influencer program end to end, blending creative storytelling with strong performance discipline while building trusted, long-term relationships with creators and their representation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator marketing
  • Proven ability to develop creative strategies and briefs that inspire authentic, high-performing content
  • Strong track record of managing and scaling influencer programs with measurable impact
  • Experience building trusted relationships with creators, agents, and managers
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and creator content formats
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into action
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention-to-detail and budget management
  • Located in Austin, Texas

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in beverage alcohol, CPG, lifestyle, or entertainment brands is preferred
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Aspire, Grin, LTK, Impact, or similar
  • Experience working within regulated marketing environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and continuously optimize influencer programs that drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality content across both brands
  • Develop compelling, insight-driven creator briefs that translate brand strategy into authentic storytelling that resonates with each creator’s audience while staying aligned with brand voice and positioning
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with creators, talent agents, managers, and creator networks, fostering long term collaboration and brand advocacy
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse mix of creators and ambassadors across lifestyle, culture, food & beverage, entertainment, sports, and social communities who naturally align with Tito’s and LALO
  • Lead campaigns from concept through execution, including ideation, negotiation & contracting, content approvals, posting schedules, and performance tracking
  • Partner closely with Social, PR, Experiential, Philanthropy, Creative, and Sales teams to align influencer storytelling with seasonal moments, events, and major brand initiatives
  • Analyze creator and campaign performance across reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI to inform both creative direction and program strategy
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting that connects influencer activity to business outcomes
  • Stay ahead of creator trends, platform changes, and cultural moments to keep content innovative and relevant
