About The Position

The Associate Implementation Manager will be responsible for the implementation of groups that are generally under 500 lives for Life, AD&D, Disability, Absence Management and Supplemental Health Benefits. They will be responsible for the installation of assigned sold cases, from point of sale through delivery of final bill and contract. They will lead preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. This role requires a results-oriented professional who is comfortable driving deliverables to completion amidst competing priorities and demands.  You must be able to confidently create and implement effective communication and change-management strategies for projects, and drive adherence to timeframes and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for managing the implementation of u500 groups and coordinating with multiple departments (e.g. Contracts, Claims, Underwriting, Compliance) to ensure the timely, accurate and complete implementation onboarding our new customer’s Workforce Benefits.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to present at finalist meetings.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with the Account Management, Sales, Underwriting and Operations teams.
  • Research installation issues & develop customer specific resolutions. May include auditing contract drafts to ensure content matches the employer requests.
  • Actively identify, manage and resolve issues appropriately to conclusion escalating as appropriate.
  • Engage directly with customers via various channels, including phone, video conferencing, and email. and transition of the implemented account to Account Management.
  • Work directly with third party Broker/Consultant to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and customers for eligibility feeds.
