Requirements

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to hospitality, consistently delivering warm, welcoming guest interactions, and creating a positive experience from arrival through departure.
  • Proven ability to perform multiple food service functions while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service within an assigned work area.
  • Skilled in setting up, maintaining, and breaking down workstations, ensuring all equipment, supplies, and food items are organized, stocked, and service-ready.
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards with a track record of strict adherence to sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Experience preparing and serving food and beverages, operating POS systems, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) with the ability to accurately handle cash transactions and reconcile balances.
  • Food service, customer service, retail associate or cash handling experience required.
