The Senior Associate will be results-driven and assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Gift Shop to help ensure smooth operations, maximize sales, and minimize costs. This role is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction and involves assisting management in training staff and volunteers in Gift Shop operations. These duties include, but are not limited to, sales, labeling, assistance with inventory control, and merchandising.
