About The Position

What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Oversee freight forwarding from expected x-factory to in-house launch Analyze rate cards with freight forwarders, update cross-functional docs (e.g. WIPs), create ASNs, assess QBRs, assess on-time performance and cost per unit Oversee the freight forwarding relationships with a minimum of 2 freight forwarders Oversee all freight bookings for the entire supply base of 8+ suppliers in and out of the forwarder portal in accordance with expected X-factory dates Analyze the freight and customs-related invoices, issue all freight claims when they occur Plan with finance the B2C and B2B forecasts with our 3PLs in order to plan labor needs to minimize backlogs Analyze SLAs with our 3PLs e.g. on-time fulfillment and delivery Validate wholesale orders, oversee compliance with existing vendors and onboarding new trading partners Generate weekly reports on inventory levels, receiving, order status and any other necessary reports for c-suite Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, customer service, finance, and marketing, to align fulfillment and logistics with business needs. Work with marketing and sales to anticipate seasonal demand fluctuations and adjust fulfilment plans accordingly. Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain to streamline inventory management, reduce lead times, and minimize waste. Develop and document best practices for supply chain operations. Effectively communicate updates, escalate potential risks with Supervisor Special projects as needed What You Have B.A or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment (Ecom and wholesale) A proactive and results-driven mindset, with strong prioritization skills and an ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with both internal and external partners Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Multi-tasker with a "can-do" attitude and ability to shift priorities when needed Excel & G-suite proficiency EDI and NuOrder experience (preferred) NetSuite Experience (preferred)

Requirements

  • B.A or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment (Ecom and wholesale)
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with strong prioritization skills and an ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with both internal and external partners
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Multi-tasker with a "can-do" attitude and ability to shift priorities when needed
  • Excel & G-suite proficiency
