Location: Algona, WA (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time; Hourly, Non-Exempt Reports To: Fulfillment Squad Captain Travel Required: None

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and standard software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and procedures quickly.
  • Able to follow processes, meet productivity goals, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
  • Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or operational support preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pull items from the warehouse to complete customer orders accurately.
  • Prepare and organize orders for sorting according to standard procedures.
  • Operate the automated sorting machine safely, including loading and unloading.
  • Package orders carefully and place them in the designated pickup area.
  • Complete all orders on time while maintaining accuracy and care.
  • Group similar items together for storage and easy retrieval.
  • Keep shelves, packing areas, and workstations clean and organized.
  • Monitor inventory ready for fulfillment and report any issues to your supervisor.
  • Communicate clearly with your team and supervisor in person, chat, or email.
  • Learn other processes and assist different departments as needed.
  • Meet or exceed productivity expectations (metrics) for your role.
  • Keep customer and company information confidential.
  • Follow COMC C.A.R.D (Collaboration, Accountability, Results, Diversity) values and maintain quality standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team.
