This is an opportunity to work with two leading Executive compensation partners, previously with Wachtell and Simpson Thacher respectively. We offer the flexibility to work remotely, with the support of our New York office if needed The Role: Working with two leading executive compensation partners, you will ideally have 8 years plus Executive compensation experience. Our firm advises Founders, CEOs and management teams, in executive compensation matters, particularly as such issues arise in the context of transformative corporate events and sensitive situations. Supporting the partners on the following, Advise clients on complex executive compensation and employee benefits issues in the context of M&A, private equity transactions, IPOs, joint ventures, and restructurings. Counsel founders, CEOs, senior executives, and boards on the design, negotiation, and implementation of executive employment agreements, equity incentive plans, deferred compensation arrangements, change-in-control protections, and performance-based pay. Provide strategic advice on tax and ERISA compliance issues related to equity compensation and nonqualified deferred compensation programs. Sterlington’s partners come from premier firms. Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in Executive compensation, ideally at an AM Law 100 firm
  • Sterlington uses E-Verify to confirm employees' work authorization.
