This role works closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to bring greater alignment across compensation and benefits practices spanning 30+ operating companies, while respecting each business’s unique structure and needs. The role also oversees the Benefits Specialist and supports compliant, competitive, and well-managed benefit programs as the organization grows.
