Requirements
- 3-5 years of broad-based executive compensation experience.
- Experience drafting employment agreements.
- Background in non-qualified deferred compensation and executive compensation plans.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills, along with a strong academic background.
- Must be admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
