About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate B2B eCommerce Manager to support the optimization and day-to-day operations of our domestic and international B2B eCommerce platforms. This role combines site merchandising, workflow management, and system collaboration to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure our B2B platforms run smoothly and effectively support customer and business needs. This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL. M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital operations, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows (account setup, order processing, fulfillment).
  • Technical aptitude and comfort working with IT and data systems.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with B2B platforms such as Shopify B2B, SAP Commerce, Magento, or Salesforce B2B Commerce.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data integration workflows.
  • Knowledge of European eCommerce practices and localization requirements.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Support site merchandising, layout, and content strategy to drive conversion and improve user experience across domestic and European B2B sites.
  • Assist in developing tailored eCommerce experiences for key accounts to increase adoption and engagement.
  • Monitor site performance and customer behavior to identify areas for optimization.
  • Manage workflows for new account registration, approval, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams on backend integrations that support customer setup, order management, fulfillment, and inventory visibility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data, including pricing, availability, and categorization.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to align merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Support international site localization efforts, including language, currency, and compliance needs.
  • Document key processes, integrations, and enhancements to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to support ongoing platform improvements.
